If for any reason you are not happy with your order you may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving it.

1. Eligibility for Return

Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for items that are worn, used, or missing original components.

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.

2. Return Process

To request a return, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of delivery.

You must ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving your return confirmation.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a registered courier service to ensure your return is tracked and delivered safely.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original order.

Please allow 10 to 45 days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank’s processing time.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

We do not offer cash refunds.

If applicable, the refund may be credited to your Swiss Force wallet for future use.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery.

We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund once the item is returned and inspected.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 days of placing the order if the item has not been shipped or customized.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be made to the original payment method.
